Ashish Kaushik is a senior Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience, spanning the UK healthcare system, private practice in London, and elite international sport. His UK work includes senior clinical and leadership roles within the NHS and private musculoskeletal services.
Internationally, he served for a decade as Head Physiotherapist at the BCCI National Cricket Academy, working with India’s leading athletes and supporting return-to-performance at the highest level of sport.
Ashish specialises in complex musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, movement dysfunction, and return-to-function rehabilitation, with expertise in evidence-based injection therapies, used as part of integrated, outcome-driven rehabilitation pathways.
He is the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of YOS Sports Health, combining clinical rigour with elite sports medicine experience to deliver precise, long-term solutions for both athletes and active individuals.
